Within her 7 years at Deloitte, Tara has been focused on working with clients (private, mid-market, and global) on business growth, strategy and tech enabled transformation. Prior to Deloitte, Tara spent 16 years in Consumer Packaged Goods at Kraft Foods and Mondelez in Canada, Australia, and in North American roles. Her functional experience spans leadership roles across portfolio management, P&L accountability, marketing, innovation, sales and strategy. She then spent two years in the insurance industry as Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Customer Officer. Tara brings deep transformational and strategic expertise to help businesses towards their ambitions.

She immerses herself into her client’s business to truly understand their strategies, ambitions, value proposition, competitive advantage and end to end opportunities and issues. She is a “green dot” leader at Deloitte so knows how to navigate Deloitte’s entire set of experts both in Canada and globally to bring the best to meet her client’s needs. Tara holds an undergraduate degree in Honors Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business. Her interests are any activity outdoors (hiking, fishing), sports (squash, baseball, tennis, curling), travel, reading, new experiences, and great meals with friends.
