Sikandar is a Senior Manager in Deloitte Canada’s technology and AI due diligence practice, advising private equity and corporate clients on the technology considerations that influence transaction value. His experience spans enterprise IT, software and AI assessments, technology operating model reviews, carve-out and standalone evaluations, and integration and separation planning.
As part of Deloitte Canada’s AI Due Diligence offering, Sikandar helps clients evaluate how AI may affect the investment thesis, including market positioning, value creation potential, scalability, data readiness, and execution risk. He brings a practical, transaction-oriented lens to AI-related opportunities and risks, with a focus on what can be evidenced within a diligence process and how those findings should inform deal decisions.
