Shanil Ebrahim is a Partner and the National Life Sciences and Healthcare Consulting Leader at Deloitte Canada.
Shanil is a senior advisor for clients in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and retail and special pharmacy sectors, and has supported a diverse set of stakeholders in complex business strategy transformations and implementations. His work has largely focused on developing innovation-based business strategies (e.g., new value propositions and personalized offerings, solution and product strategy, patient-centric platforms, and standing up innovation ecosystems), and leading the development of data and tech-enabled solutions in healthcare (e.g., patient-support program platforms and AI-enabled life sciences solutions).
Shanil holds a joint appointment as an Assistant Professor at McMaster University and is a former Researcher at Stanford University. He completed his PhD in Clinical Epidemiology; MSc in Medical Science and Bioethics; and a BSc in Psychology.
