Sandra, MSc, PMP, CHRP, is a director in the Human Capital practice. She leads the HR Transformation and Employee Experience practice and the ServiceNow HRSD practice in Canada. Throughout her 17 years in management consulting, Sandra has collaborated with local and global clients in transforming their business and HR-employee experience, as well as in selecting enabling technologies to support high-impact HR and digital workforce management. A certified HR and project management professional, Sandra holds an MSc in management and a bachelor of commerce in economics and finance. She is based in Montreal.
