Samantha is a member of the Deloitte Canada and Chile Board of Directors.
As an energetic leader who is passionate about high-performing teams, delivering quality, and exceptional client-service, she brings over 20 years of professional services experience, working primarily with large public companies, as well as high-growth organizations going through a public offering process. Samantha is recognized for delivering impact for Deloitte across internal controls, and has developed and managed internal controls programs for publicly listed companies both in Canada (NI 52-109) and the US (SOX).
Samantha is the Culture and People Leader for the Quebec Marketplace where she helps drive the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility strategy, as well as working with firm leaders to bring Deloitte’s Talent Value Proposition to life.
Working with clients, getting to know them and their business, and engaging with them to assist them in solving their problems in the most practical way possible, is what gets Samantha out of bed every morning.
Samantha likes to say that her first job is being a mom of 3 boys, who keep her on her toes at all times!
