Sam Vaughan is a Partner in Deloitte’s M&A practice, based in Vancouver. He worked in UK for almost a decade before transferring to the Canadian M&A team in 2017.
He has advised some of the largest private equity, strategic and private companies on acquisitions & divestitures globally across a number of industries. His primary focus is providing financial diligence support.
Sam’s experience is centered in healthcare and he is one of our Canadian Healthcare M&A leaders. He has worked in the majority of healthcare sub-sectors in Canada and supported on over 150 deals in the sector globally.
Sam is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) in England.
