Ruby Williams is the Canadian national leader of the M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) transaction services practice of Deloitte. She has nearly 25 years’ experience providing financial and M&A advisory services, working primarily in the technology & software, and healthcare industries. She specializes in advising Canadian and Global companies on cross border acquisitions and divestitures to optimize their global business models and growth strategy. She has extensive experience in assisting clients in both buy-side and sell-side transactions across the M&A cycle, including pricing analysis and valuation, financial due diligence reviews, carve-out and synergy analysis, deal execution, structuring, negotiation, and related advisory services for both private and public companies. She has led hundreds of transactions over the years and assisted many clients in executing acquisition strategies in the technology, healthcare, industrials, and professional service industries.
