Ratan is a partner in the Audit service line who holds 20 years of public accounting experience with specialized expertise in serving Canadian and global deposit taking institutions. He has performed statutory and special purpose audits with formal reporting to regulators, securities commissions, audit committees and boards of directors. He has been actively involved in IFRS transition quality reviews, advisory services relating to risk management, credit monitoring and loan reviews, and foreign bank licensing for establishing a bank subsidiary in Canada.
