Nabeel Kamel is a Director in the Supply Chain practice in Toronto with over thirty years of industry experience. He works with clients on optimizing manufacturing, coaching lean leadership tools and practices, reducing inventory, making material flow, improving maintenance operations, laying out factory production lines, implementing automation and production line intelligence (IoT).
His industry experience includes large scale product development, manufacturing lean transformation strategies, implementation of lean leadership processes around gemba walks, daily production management systems and leader standard work, optimization of material planning, flow and presentation for large scale manufacturing lines.
Nabeel is an Engineering Graduate from McMaster University.
