Michael is an experienced executive with over 25 years in global B2B environments, specializing in complex systems transformation. He has a proven track record in leveraging CRM, data and integration technologies to enhance productivity and streamline customer processes. He is passionate about reimagining systems and processes for sustainable growth and innovation. He has successfully delivered numerous technology implementation projects, including in financial services, telecommunications, public sector, healthcare and life sciences.
