She brings over 25 years of industry experience leading and improving operations, with a proven track record of driving high performance in asset-intensive organizations and leading large cross-functional teams to realize value through sustainable improvement.
Michelle holds a B.Sc. and an MBA, with Lean Six Sigma training and experience. She focuses on key accounts in the Power & Utilities and Oil & Gas sectors, and supports Deloitte Canada’s Operate offering for ER&I.
