Michel El-Khoury is a Partner in Deloitte's Strategy and Business Design practice. He is the Canadian Financial Sustainability leader for Government and Public Services, and is part of Deloitte’s global leadership team for Fiscal Sustainability in Government.
Michel has 20 years of experience in strategy, transformation and business model innovation. He currently serves federal and provincial governments in Canada on their most pressing problems including business transformation, strategy development and operating model design. During his tenure with Deloitte, Michel has held several leadership roles including Lead Client Partner roles and Business Industry Leader for Strategy, Risk and Transactions in Government.
Michel has served clients in Canada, the United States, Europe, and the Middle East. Prior to joining Deloitte, he was a technology consultant with Ericsson, serving global telecom providers.
