Michel is a Director in Deloitte’s SAP Practice, recognized for his leadership in public sector ERP transformation. Prior to joining Deloitte, Michel held senior positions within the Government of Canada, including at the Treasury Board Secretariat and Public Services and Procurement Canada, where he played a pivotal role in Financial Management Transformation initiatives.
Currently, Michel serves as the Delivery Director for the Toronto Transit Commission’s Supply Chain Transformation Program. Drawing on his extensive experience in program delivery and change management, he partners with TTC to drive operational excellence and achieve measurable improvements in business outcomes.
