Mélissa has more than 15 years of experience in forensic accounting, business valuation and auditing with large private and public companies operating in a wide range of sectors.

She is committed to providing her clients with well-executed relationships and works closely with clients and legal counsel. Always on the lookout for what’s happening in her area of expertise, she likes to learn and seeks efficiency and excellence.

Mélissa works in litigation involving financial analysis, for which she has produced expert reports. She has performed various mandates regarding the quantification of damages related to contract breakdowns, shareholder disputes, franchisor and franchisee disputes, marital disputes and insurance claims.

Mélissa also specializes in business valuations for litigation, financial transactions, financial reporting and internal planning purposes.

Mélissa is recognized as an expert witness by the Superior Court of Quebec.
