Professional experience

Magali is a national immigration practice leader of Deloitte Legal Canada. She has over a decade of professional experience practicing in Canadian immigration law, assisting corporate clients with mobility needs, as well as providing strategic advice on policies.

Magali has assisted clients in all aspects of Canadian immigration law, including temporary residence, permanent residence, family class, citizenship, admissibility and more. She also has extensive experience with the Quebec immigration programs, including Quebec business programs and has successfully represented many clients on interviews with the federal and provincial immigration authorities, as well as appeals with the Immigration Appeal Division (IAD).
