Louise is a partner with Deloitte who is responsible for the learning initiatives across the Canadian member firm. In her 22 years with Deloitte Louise has always been passionate about the learning and development of our people. Having grown up in the consulting part of our firm and leading our external education practice for many years Louise has been involved in many education transformation projects and is now bringing that experience and expertise to this new role. Louise’s goal is to support Deloitte’s ambition to be a leadership development powerhouse and to leverage our facilities at Deloitte University North to serve our people, our clients and our communities.
In her learning role, Louise is also a member of the Culture and People Leader management committee which oversees our people and talent experience from new hires to retired partners and alumni. As a member of the committee, Louise is working with other leaders to drive our purpose agenda by committing to living our shared values.
Louise is also the Global Leader for Deloitte’s Education practice. In this role, Louise is helping to shape the strategic direction for Deloitte’s Education practices worldwide.
