Kyle Karrenbauer is a Tax Partner based in Toronto. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Kyle is currently the firm’s National Insurance Tax lead partner and is responsible for best practices in all areas related to insurance taxation.
Kyle has over 20 years of insurance taxation experience serving large multinational companies, M&A, direct and indirect, cross border, accounting for income taxes, and tax controversy. Kyle has experience as a tax leader in industry as a SVP of Tax for a publicly traded global insurance/reinsurance company. His varied experiences bring a unique perspective and appreciation of the ever-increasing workload faced by internal tax departments.
Kyle also has a US tax background where he practiced before moving to Toronto in April of 2022.
