Ken is a partner with Deloitte’s Valuation and dispute services practice. A CFA and CBV, he possesses in-depth knowledge of shareholder disputes, quantification of economic damages, disputes with taxation authorities, mergers and acquisitions, and the valuation of intellectual property. He prepares expert reports for court, mediation and arbitration purposes and participates in mediation hearings for both private and public business in a broad range of industries.
