Kirtika Singh is a Director in Deloitte Canada’s Financial Crime practice in Toronto, where she leads Integrity Modernization for the Public Sector.
Kirtika has 25 years of experience across the public sector, financial services, and multilateral institutions. She specializes in helping senior leaders address complex integrity, risk, and transformation challenges through strategic modernization, operating model design, and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. She is recognized for helping organizations simplify, digitize, automate, and strengthen people, process, data, and technology capabilities while balancing innovation, accountability, and risk management.
Over the course of her career, Kirtika has led large-scale programs focused on Integrity (fraud, error, waste and abuse prevention), financial crime, regulatory and strategic (operating model / cost) transformation. Kirtika enables public sector organizations strengthen fiscal stewardship, improve program outcomes, and enhance public trust by aligning policy objectives, risk management practices, governance structures, and operational execution. Her experience spans strategy, design and implementation of integrity risk management frameworks, strategy, risk and capability assessments, capability maturity roadmaps, target operating model design, systems implementation, risk-based automation, analytics led prevention and detection, remediation and monitoring programs, and benchmarking studies for leading Canadian and global organizations. She has helped organizations establish and modernize capabilities across the fraud risk management lifecycle, including risk identification, prevention and detection.
Kirtika has extensive global experience having served clients across Canada and the United States. Prior to joining Deloitte Canada, Kirtika held senior transformation roles in Industry across markets in Asia Pacific, Europe and the Americas.
