A high performing senior executive recently retired from the Government of Canada with extensive experience in large-scale, national level Real Estate, Information Technology, and Security Operations with strong program delivery credentials for purposeful business transformation and enablement, optimization, and service management. Significant expertise in large, complex ($B+) RE, IT and Capital Equipment procurement and in strategic project management delivering consistently outstanding results.
Most recently, I led the successful procurement (PPP) of a $3B capital upgrade to 5 heating plants and distribution systems in the National Capital Area, the $B Carling Campus Project (Nortel) and the $1.4B program to upgrade the judiciary precinct. I have established credibility as a tenacious but respectful go-to operational leader, capable of tackling extremely complex, high risk challenges.
