Kay Ampofo is a manager in Deloitte’s SAP practice within Technology & Transformation. Kay specializes in digital transformation for asset-intensive industries, with expertise in enterprise asset management, manufacturing, and ERP-driven operating models on SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
Kay’s career began in engineering, with roles in the Oil and Gas industry, building a strong understanding of operational realities. At Deloitte, Kay has delivered SAP implementations for clients across mining and metals, rail, transportation, and chemical manufacturing. Kay holds a Master of Applied Science in Oil and Gas Engineering from Memorial University of Newfoundland and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, and is a certified SAP Enterprise Architect.
