Kate is a CPA, CA and is a Partner in Deloitte’s Toronto office with over 16 years of professional services experience.
Kate specializes in finance transformation projects, including IPO readiness, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, finance operating model reviews, finance visioning and strategy development support, business process effectiveness and system improvements.
Kate has a specific focus serving Private Equity firms across their end-to-end M&A life cycle and is Deloitte Canada's Audit and Assurance National Leader for the Private Equity Industry.
