Jonathan is a Director in the Manufacturing Strategy & Smart Operations practice. He has over 20 years of industry experience in manufacturing operations which includes senior leadership of global engineering and operations teams, new product launch, program management and transformation initiatives.
He has a successful track record of leading large transformation programs especially those focused on implementing Industry 4.0 solutions impacting the end-to-end business from sales and applications through design, manufacturing, assembly, test and customer service. These solutions have involved the development and execution of Operational Strategies, Organization Design, the effective integration of OT & IT and have resulted in improved OEE, quality, speed to market and cost to produce.
