Jessica is a Partner in Deloitte Canada’s AI & Data practice and a recognized leader in enterprise technology transformation, with almost 20 years of experience delivering impactful, data-driven solutions. As the national lead for Generative AI delivery transformation at Deloitte, Jessica is pioneering how the firm integrates Gen AI into core operations and client services—advancing productivity, governance, and innovation at scale.
Her work spans the design and execution of Deloitte’s Gen AI delivery strategy, the development of an enterprise-wide Center of Excellence, and the rollout of an AI governance model to ensure responsible yet accelerated implementation of AI solutions. She has spearheaded national enablement programs that have upskilled thousands of professionals and introduced AI delivery accelerators that enhance quality, speed, and business value across the various client engagements we deliver at Deloitte.
Jessica brings a unique blend of business acumen, program leadership, and domain expertise—particularly in the energy and resources sector. She has led transformative analytics, data management, and AI engagements with many of Canada’s largest oil and gas, pipeline, and utilities organizations. Her experience includes building enterprise data and analytics strategies, designing master data management solutions, deploying Gen AI use cases, and leading complex ERP and analytics transformations. Across the Energy & Resources eco-system, Jessica has helped clients modernize their data infrastructure and unlock insights critical to operational excellence and strategic decision-making.
With a background in agile delivery, organizational change, and cross-functional team leadership, Jessica is well-versed in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Prior to Deloitte, she held business and technology leadership roles across the energy sector, giving her a practical understanding of industry challenges and regulatory considerations.
