Jessica Dickson

Partner, Nation Building Advisory Practice - Strategy & Business Design

Jessica Dickson is a Partner in Deloitte’s Nation Building Advisory practice, where she works across industries and sectors to advance the priorities of Indigenous organizations and their partners. Her work focuses on supporting Indigenous governments to strengthen governance systems, define pathways for economic participation, and design sustainable institutions and operating models.

Jessica brings over 15 years of experience supporting Indigenous, municipal, provincial, and federal governments in advancing transformative initiatives that promote self-determination, economic empowerment, and lasting community impact.

Prior to joining Deloitte in 2024, Jessica served as a Senior Vice President with The Castlemain Group, where she provided governance, policy, and program implementation support to a diverse range of First Nations governments, businesses, and organizations across British Columbia. Earlier in her career, she worked in the federal public service, contributing to comprehensive evaluations of Canada's role in the negotiation and implementation of modern treaties and self-government agreements.

Jessica holds a Master of Arts in Dispute Resolution from the University of Victoria and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of British Columbia.
