She led one of Canada’s earliest people-first, behavior-driven enterprise-scale AI adoption programs within a major bank, guiding more than 2,000 developers through the adoption of GitHub Copilot and the integration of AI into core engineering workflows. Leveraging developer archetypes, tailored support models, and targeted upskilling, she designed AI adoption strategies that aligned with how developers truly work. Through strong leadership engagement and peer-learning mechanisms, her team accelerated adoption and confidence in embedding AI seamlessly into daily workflows. Her approach delivered industry-leading adoption rates and established a scalable, repeatable model for AI fluency across the organization. 

In addition to her consulting work, Jerelene has contributed to the academic field through her published thesis, Exploring the relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility and Organizational Commitment within a retail organization, offering insights into how organizations can strengthen employee commitment through sustainable business practices.
