Jason Ding is a Partner and Senior Managing Director in Deloitte Corporate Finance based in Calgary. He has more than 20 years of experience advising founders, boards, and financial sponsors on sell side mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on healthcare and life sciences in Canada, as well as industrials and energy services.
Jason leads complex sell side processes, including transaction positioning, buyer strategy, structuring, and negotiation, and works closely with private equity sponsors and global strategic buyers on Canadian platform and cross border transactions. He brings an operator informed perspective shaped by prior experience as a chief business officer and by supporting the formation, financing, and scale up of technology companies.
He holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta and is a Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants, a Chartered Business Valuator, and an ICD.D.
