Over the course of his consulting career, he has led more than 45 operating model, organization design, and transformation implementations, helping organizations navigate growth, cost pressures, new capability requirements, and digital disruption.
Jared's experience spans energy and resources, transportation, logistics, retail and other asset-intensive industries, where he works closely with Boards and executive leadership teams on enterprise transformation and organizational effectiveness.
