Jake is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Customer Strategy practice where he is focused on designing human-centered experiences for public sector clients in Canada. He is passionate about Equity-centered Design for government services and his thought-leadership on the topic is published on Deloitte.com.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Jake spent time embedding human-centered design into the culture at one of Canada’s largest financial services organizations and was a product manager at a global digital government software company. Jake holds a Master in Business, Entrepreneurship & Technology from the University of Waterloo.
Jake’s project experience spans the range of digital service delivery from discovery through to live deployments. Jake possesses deep knowledge in User Research & User Testing, Service Design, Digital Service Standards and Jurisdictional Scanning.
