Guy Lembach is a Partner and National leader of Deloitte Canada’s Capital Projects practice. He advises public and private sector owners on the governance, assurance, and delivery of complex infrastructure and capital programs. Guy focuses on improving cost and schedule certainty, strengthening project controls, and managing delivery risk to support informed decisions at critical investment milestones. He works with infrastructure owners and governments across energy, utilities, transportation, mining, and social infrastructure, providing independent oversight, cost and schedule assurance to help clients deliver outcomes with confidence.
