Gloria brings extensive experience and leadership in capital planning of Ontario’s first full Design Build Finance Maintain (DBFM) acute hospital project. She brings a broad perspective of government planning and process, having worked in the Capital Branch and Regional Offices of the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-term Care.
