Erik Yves J Landriault is a Director in Deloitte Canada’s Healthcare Solutions practice. He works with governments, health service organizations, and insurers to design services that improve access, experience, and outcomes. His work focuses on health service design and community-based service delivery, enabling the shift to more proactive health. Erik supports clients to reimagine customer and provider experience, optimize workflows, and integrate digital transformation, bringing the voice of users and providers into strategy and service design.
Previously, Erik worked at the World Health Organization in chronic disease and held leadership roles in health services and system innovation in homecare, hospital and the federal government. He serves on community-based boards and has an MSc in Health Management from Imperial College London.
