Erica, is a partner in Audit & Assurance, and as the Canadian and Global Third-Party Assurance Leader for Deloitte, she have developed and implemented effective solutions to manage and mitigate risks associated with outsourced technology, vendor relationships, and data privacy and security.
Erica works closely with service providers and clients to understand compliance standards and how to meet complex requirements, including SOC 1, SOC 2, ISO27001, HIPAA, and other privacy standards. Erica is also the Senior Advisory to the Audit & Assurance - Innovation, Data and Analytics (ID&A) team, where she is able to guide the innovation and technology use for A&A across Canada.
