Elodie is a public sector advisor specialized in Social Services and Nation Building, with over 15 years of experience working in the community sector. As a senior manager in Deloitte Canada’s Nation Building and Human and Social Services practice, Elodie focuses on leading and delivering large transformation projects. In the past few years she has worked in Disability Services, Employment Services, and First Nations Supports. Prior to working in the community sector, Elodie started her career at Deloitte in consulting where she worked with public sector, financial services, energy and telecom clients on process design and implementation.
