Craig Walter

Craig Walter leads Deloitte’s global infrastructure & real estate practice and is the global infrastructure investor leader. He has more than 25 years of M&A and advisory experience and has been dedicated to advising infrastructure investors on M&A and strategy since 2005. He joined Deloitte in 2017 after spending 13 years at another organization, where he founded and led its infrastructure M&A advisory practice. He has led teams on more than 250 transactions across the world and has extensive experience with large, complex, multijurisdictional projects. He also has experience navigating complex partnering arrangements and the associated governance implications and solutions.
