Benoit Hardy-Vallée is a Director in Deloitte Canada’s Human Capital practice with more than 15 years of experience in workforce and HR transformation. He leads the Learning Transformation and Deloitte Academies portfolio, helping organizations build AI-enabled, skills-based programs that strengthen leadership pipelines and equip employees with the business skills needed to execute strategy.
