Azadeh Dehghanpour

Azadeh Dehghanpour is a Partner in the Canadian Consulting practice. She leads the Insurance Transformation practice, with over ten years of consulting experience in the Financial Services Industry. Her areas of expertise are developing business unit strategy, standing up and leading large business transformation programs, designing target operating models, and delivering strategic cost transformation. Azadeh has led a variety of transformation programs for several insurance carriers and brokers in Canada.
