Andrew Harley is a Senior Manager in Deloitte Canada’s Deal Transformation & Post Merger Integration group in Vancouver, serving corporate clients across the M&A deal cycle, with a particular focus on Enterprise Value Creation and Operational & Commercial due diligence.
Since joining Deloitte in Jan 2024, he has supported CDD projects and proposals in the Cannabis, Gambling and Forestry sectors. His EVC and ODD work has focused on cost optimizations and synergy assessments in the manufacturing and retail sectors, as well as working capital improvements in the public sector.
In his prior role at Newton Europe, a boutique operations consultancy in the UK, Andrew delivered EBITDA improvements for private equity portfolio companies, through operational efficiency improvements. Andrew was also Head of Operations for an e-commerce startup where he helped to scale the business before completing a successful merger.
He holds a BA Hons in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge, UK.
