Alyson Quan is a Partner & Senior Managing Director in Deloitte’s Corporate Finance practice, based in Edmonton. She advises private company shareholders, boards, and management teams on critical strategic transactions, including succession planning, divestitures, and acquisitions.
With over 15 years of experience, Alyson has led numerous M&A processes, with a particular focus on sell-side execution and complex transaction environments. She is known for delivering disciplined, high-quality outcomes and guiding clients through key inflection points with clarity and confidence.
