Alexandra Biron is leading the execution of Deloitte Canada’s Reconciliation Action Plan based on guiding commitments and targets around reconciliation. Alexandra has over half a decade of experience working in the nonprofit and private sector specializing in community investment, monitoring & evaluation, employee and stakeholder management, strategic planning, and program development. She offers a unique skill set, which is paired with her business mindset and commitment to social good. Alexandra holds a BBA from Wilfrid Laurier University with a major in Business Sustainability and holds a Graduate Diploma in Social Responsibility and Sustainability from the University of Toronto where she was awarded the President’s Award for her capstone project: Deloitte’s Indigenous Impact Report. Alexandra is proud of her Anishinaabe/Ojibway identity and is committed to furthering both reconciliation and innovation in support of making an impact in Canada for Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples.
