D’Arcy came to Deloitte with over 25 years experience as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for a number of international energy companies and Chief Information Office (CIO) of a post secondary institution. He is a seasoned security professional with over 28 years’ experience in the cybersecurity field. His focus and experience includes IT Security Strategy, Operational redesign, System and Process Implementation, Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management and Sourcing and Outsourcing of key capabilities in both the public and private sectors.
