A large organisation in the automotive sector faced a complex landscape with multiple entities, each having different billing processes, ERPs, and billing applications. A well-managed invoice process in both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is critical to maintaining seamless business operations. A multinational client active in the chemical industry faced significant disruptions when invoices from a key supplier were lost in their system. As a result, the credit department blocked all deliveries, preventing the company from receiving essential supplies.
