Sam is Managing Partner for Accountancy. He is a member of the Deloitte Belgium Executive Committee. Sam has led an established career within Deloitte, with years of experience combining leadership roles within Accountancy and as a strategy and innovation partner in Consulting. As an expert in Strategy & Innovation, he has led many engagements to define and roll-out the (innovation) strategy of our clients. He focuses on Private and family-owned businesses and assists them with the definition of their growth strategy. Sam has also been essential in implementing and rolling out the innovation strategy and roadmap for Deloitte Belgium and was a member of the Global Innovation Executive Committee. Since 2020, Sam has taken up the role as National Leader of Deloitte’s Technology Fast 50 programme with a heart for technology & entrepreneurship. His ambition is to help make companies and organisations more innovative, creative and agile in an ever-changing business environment.

Yannick is a director at Deloitte Legal and an experienced lawyer with a demonstrated history of undertaking M&A and corporate structuring work for Belgian and international clients. Yannick’s transactional work involves advising clients during the complete process of acquiring or selling businesses (i.e. buy- and sell-side due diligence, negotiating with counterparties and drawing up transaction documents). In his corporate structuring practice, he supports clients with the (solvent) reorganisation of their businesses' legal structure. Hence, Yannick is considered a trusted advisor to privately owned family businesses. He has a particular industry focus on Private and TMT (which includes sports business), has strong project management skills and an eye for detail. In this regard, he has taken up the role as Programme Director of Deloitte’s Technology Fast 50 programme with a heart for technology & entrepreneurship. Also, Yannick regularly lectures and publishes on corporate law related matters.
