As a Business Innovation & Transformation consultant, you will help FSI companies simplify their organisation through process optimisation, product simplification, and operational efficiency. You’ll transform their business by defining new value propositions, developing new digital capabilities, or (re)imagining their target operating model. You’ll also support them in connecting with their distributors and clients by improving their customer journey and distribution channel capabilities.

How will you grow?

• You will work on strategic and transformation projects and learn how a client project is managed.
• While becoming proficient in the enabling methodologies, tools and processes, you’ll rapidly take on more responsibility of deliverables and to clients.
• Gradually, you’ll assume more responsibility and manage and mentor junior team members, and develop long-lasting relationships with your clients.
• As you become proficient in combining these various skill sets, you’ll supervise and manage all phases of a project, plan project activities, and monitor its progress.

Design and shape financial processes

We help finance departments in achieving their strategic goals. You’ll assist clients in (re)defining their finance strategy, taking into account industry trends and digital evolution. You’ll redefine the positioning of Finance in the organisation, implement new finance target operating models accordingly, and create fast, low-touch and high-precision finance operations through new digital finance capabilities.

You’ll also improve our clients’ performance management, enhance their financial management reporting, and develop true predictive forward-looking insights while leveraging digital finance capabilities, moving away from number crunching into a true analytical world.

To ensure these strategic changes are both sustainable and secure, you’ll also advise on operational, financial, or business risks across various industries. This includes identifying, developing, and testing internal control measures to guarantee that our clients’ business processes remain efficient, effective, and compliant.

In the Strategy & Business design team we support clients across private and public sectors to make choices, tackling topics ranging from designing their business strategies, identifying potential M&A targets, supporting them in their digital transformation, or assessing the best pricing strategy for new products. Our project work always combines qualitative and quantitative assessments to provide our clients with the best tools to take decisions. 

You’ll work together with your team to define how we will approach and execute the project and how we will shape the outcome. You’ll focus on supporting clients on a broad variety of topics, including corporate strategies, commercial strategies, pricing, digital transformations, M&A, etc.
