Our Cyber team brings together 12,000+ cyber professionals globally who help organisations manage cyber risk in an increasingly complex digital world. Our Cyber Operate team delivers 24/7 cyber monitoring and incident response services to enterprise clients, including ASX200 organisations and large multinational companies. As a part of our team, you'll help monitor alerts in real time, triage incidents, support escalation and contribute to response activity across multiple industries.

What will you get to do?

In Cyber Operate, graduates support live cyber defence work by monitoring security alerts, triaging incidents and helping respond to activity across client environments. Day to day, this can include investigating phishing, identity theft, malware or ransomware incidents with guidance from experienced analysts, using the tools, workflows and escalation paths that support real-world security operations.

After an initial training period, graduates apply these skills as part of a Night Shift roster, building practical capability in monitoring, detection and response. The role offers direct exposure to the pace and complexity of live cyber operations, with structured onboarding, real incidents and a fully remote model to support early-career development.
