I’ve always wanted my work to have purpose. Here, I’m helping organisations create more human, supportive workplaces and learning every day.

Thai: Embracing the Challenge

For Thai, joining the Data & AI team meant stepping into uncharted territory. But instead of feeling daunted, he found the challenge exciting. With strong support and plenty of on-the-job learning, he’s now contributing to meaningful projects and sharpening his technical edge.

Even as a grad, I’ve had a say in the direction of our work. I’m constantly challenged - in the best way - and learning from some of the smartest people I’ve ever met.
