Deb brings in over 20 years of experience in technology and technology enabled business transformation. He has served more than 70 companies in architecting their business transformation vision and led large transformations programmes. His experience spans variety of clients in different industries and building strategic transformation blueprint to executing large transformation such as helping consolidate several business units into one entity. He also has market eminence as a thought leader in Supply Chain and led Deloitte’s Supply Chain activities across North Americas. Prior to Deloitte, Deb has served i2 Technologies, SAP, Sun Microsystems and Ernst & Young. Civil Engineer by training, he holds degrees in Engineering and Management from top schools: Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Indian Institute of Management, Asian Institute of Technology and Purdue University. Deb brings in strategic thinking, deep business transformation experience, depth in supply chain, experience working in industry, s/w vendor and consulting, deep problem solving skills and hands on attitude to the table.

Subit is a Managing Director in Deloitte’s Enterprise Performance Consulting Practice. He specialises in advising companies on Supply Chain Mgmt., IT roadmap strategies, ERP business case development as well as planning, managing & delivering global SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.

Drawing on his industry & consulting experience, Subit serves as an advisor to senior executives on applying innovations leveraging latest technology from SAP. These efforts have helped organisations drive supply chain cost optimisation, reduce working capital and maximise supply chain operational efficiencies. His areas of expertise include re-engineering processes across Supply Chain Management, Product Lifecycle Management, Sales & Service capabilities. He has worked with companies of all sizes across the Life Sciences/Medical Devices, Consumer Products, F&B, Industrial Products & Chemicals, Automotive & Semiconductor Hi-tech manufacturing sectors.
