Selection
We will conduct structured interviews with those candidates who meet the specified professional qualifications and who are interested in a career change and the vacant position. We determine the relevant competencies based on situational questions and online assessments and thus can offer a greater degree of objectivity in the recruitment process. To complete the overview, we can also carry out reference checks on your behalf.
This selection process will lead to a shortlist of those candidates who meet both professional and personal requirements. For these candidates we provide descriptive reviews. These reviews form the basis for our recommendations for next steps. We organize and prepare the job interviews between you and the most suitable candidates. If required, we can act as moderator to facilitate becoming acquainted with the candidate and to help you make a decision.
During the course of the final selection process, it’s often helpful to organize a hearing. In a hearing, several decision-makers can be present and you will be able to evaluate and compare the competencies of several candidates at the same time. We can prepare the hearing for you and the invited candidates as well as act as moderators.
When you have chosen a candidate, we are ready to assist you with the contract negotiations as well as any necessary financial arrangements.
