The Ridge is not just a new office – it is an opportunity for everyone at Deloitte to make a mental shift and change the way we think about the impact we have on the environment. As a firm we are committed to creating the benchmark for sustainable workspaces and inspire others to follow.

The design, construction and operation of The Ridge represents exemplar green building design. It has been awarded with a 6-Star LEED rating by the Green Building Council of South Africa (GBCSA), and is the third building in Africa to be awarded a 6-Star Green Star rating from the Green Building Council of South Africa (GBCSA). The Prestigious World Architecture News (WAN) Awards has awarded the building Gold for the Best Sustainable Building globally, within the commercial category. The Ridge also secured Bronze for the Best Design building globally.

The Ridge has a strong focus on the comfort, safety and productivity for our people and the public. The perception of comfort promotes and contributes to a functional and productive workspace. The way the building is organised and operates enhances mental well-being and improves physical space for the occupants.
