Litigation & distressed project services

We performed an analysis of processes, controls, means, and methods and testified in the ICC arbitration hearing on behalf of the claimant to dispute counter-claimant alleged claims of improperly supported invoiced costs in the construction of an Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) facility.

Compliance

We helped a semiconductor manufacturer comply with Prevailing Wage and Apprenticeship (PWA) requirements under the CHIPS & Science Act and the Inflation Reduction Act. We provided monthly support to collect compliance documentation and prepared final submissions for each completed project. This enabled the client to secure millions in subsidies and IRA PWA tax credits.
